These terms apply when you use the BreathEasy website. By browsing the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Licensing the BreathEasy software is covered by a separate written agreement.

Requesting early access is a request, not a purchase. It does not create a contract, guarantee a spot in the program, or commit either of us to pricing. Features described on this site are in development and may change before release.

• Do not submit false information or impersonate someone else.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

The BreathEasy name, logo, text, design, and software are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to our pages. You may not copy the site's content for commercial use without written permission.

You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for. Do not send confidential information through these forms.

References to Nevada storage law, including NRS 108.4733 through 108.4783, are general information about how our software is designed. They are not legal advice. Confirm your notices and lien process with your own attorney.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, BreathEasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

We may update these terms or change the site at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access to anyone who violates them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
